It may be the newest Judo Club in the region, but Zenyu Judo Dojo of Maple Valley is staffed by some of the most experienced coaches in the United States, including class A coach and referree George Uchida and Doug Graham, five time US National Champion. Zenyu is located at 22415 SE 231st St; behind the Playground Store just off the Hwy 18 Maple Valley exit. For additional information you can call Sam Emmons at 206-793-7529. Judo practices are on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7 P.M. and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 6:00 (beginners) and 7:00 (intermediate and advanced). Zenyu is a part of Community Sports, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to helping kids become involved in Olympic Sports. |
